which is better ps3 or xbox 360?

Author: Ok should i buy a ps3 or 360. Personally i think the ps3 is better because the blueray player, but then again the 360 has better games and online play but it also has a 33% failure rate which is pretty high from my standards

Wrong. New 360’s have less than 10% failure rate. Blue-ray sucks unless you have the money. And the 360 does have better games and online. Go with the 360. You won’t regret it.

3) Both Have games quality games. Most games come out for both consoles. Halo and Gears of War vs. Metal Gear Solid and Resistance
i think 360 is so much better because of online and games but now ps3 three is coming back strong and it has cheap blue ray so right now go for three 360
get a Wii
ps3 a lot of money but still worth it free online play free downloadable demos themes and wallpapers. Blu-ray is amazing the 360 is compatiable with 720p only ps3 is compatible with 1080p it looks way better on a high def tv has a lot of cool games online play is just as good as 360 so take the ps3
i have the ps3 and enjoy it a lot. it uses a progressive scan, which means that sports games will be much better than on 360. the bluray player is also an upside. the online aspect isnt too much worse than xbox, especially because you dont have to pay. i would choose the ps3 for sure.
360’s have a lower failure rate now, but the PS3 is still the better deal. The Blu-Ray Player, by itself, makes it worth it. Plus you have Resistance 2, Playstation Home (if you haven’t heard, it’s the new best thing ever), and a bunch of other great games. There are even more games coming out in 2009 that any previous year. And online is and always will be free, unlike XBox Live.
Overall, PS3 is the better deal for your money…even if it is a little more expensive.
I HAVE A xbox and have played the ps3 .i think the ps3 is better in quality sound and blu ray.but the games better on xbox and controller better and xbox live is the best.i wud say xbox but get a cooling fan incase u get ring of doom.i had 2 take mine bac twice in 6months
Listen man you wont regret getting the 360 i had mine a year and havn’t broke and blue ray dont mean shit. Plus ps3 games suck and there online play sucks. xbox 360 has more features. Turst me get the 360 much cheaper and funner
OMG, The 360 is not cheaper then the PS3. First off, online is $50 a year. Wireless is $99, and the play and charge kit and rechable battery pack and charger together cost around $60(get this unless you want to spend a fortune on batteries). THe PS3 has all that built in with a blu-ray included. PS3 can go network browsing and can even go on youtube a watch videos and play flashplayer videos. The 360 cant even do this, (the wii can also do this), And PS3 is also like a computer because u can stream PC games on your PS3 and install Lenux on the system. Price wise the 360 with all the important assersories after getting the xbox 360 pro(the best deal) is $299 for the pro xbox, $99 for wireless, $50 for online and $60 for the play and charge kit and the battery pack charger which i also recommed which will cost around $500. While if you would have just gotten a PS3, you would have gotten everything built in. One Time. I dont see WHy everyone says PS3 doesnt have games because it does. I am only going to talk about exclusives. XBOX on has HALO, Gears of war, Fable and maybe forza. All the others have been moved to the PS3 and if you own a PC, u can play gears, halo and i think fable on the PC. PS3 has way more exclusive starting with resistance, Uncharted,ratchet, littlebigplanet,MGS4, Gran tourismo 5, warhawk,socom, heavinly sword, motarstorm and so many games and games soon to come are, God OF war, Killzone, MAG, Final fantasy Verses, HOME,infamous, LA noire,uncharted 2,Quantim Theroy,tekken,heavy rain and way more other games soon to come. To me thats all and we’re seeing new games unlike Halo after halo and GEars of war sequals. So ya PS3 is a win win console and only fanboys wont admit it. The proof is right here and if you dont beleive me, so search for your self.
