You can hack your Wii to play DVDs, but at the same time, I bought a GAMING console. Heck, even Sony said that the Playstation 3 is not actually a gaming console, but more of a multimedia center. And to be honest, I would feel more ripped off because Nintendo would increase the wii’s price if they put a Dvd drive. I have a laptop, ps3 and Dvd player to play DVD movies. Also, DVD is a 1999 technology, Blue-ray is dominating.

Isn’t that a shame. The Wii remote could make an interesting DVD experience. But Nintendo is not committed to true innovation. Nintendo is committed to ripping off their mindless consumer base.

To be honest I say each of the current gen systems have there select few of pretty good games and thats it but I could do without any of them. I could stick to all my past systems and be just fine.

I never got a 360 or a PS3. So please dont go assuming..I got a wii a few years back but I never really use it anymore, ill just stick to the classics, theyre better altogether than a large majority of these new games anyways(most, there are some excellent ones)
Actually have watched it a couple times, its not that great and I dont give a shit over who won.I stick to DVDs because I have a player for them dont see a reason to go waste money to watch the same thing just slightly better quality.
